Cancellations: 
 
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our
appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, A cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations online are available up to 24 hours prior, if you are unable to cancel online, please call the salon or you can even email into the salon at info@cuticlesnailsalon.com. If you cancel any less than 12 hours there will be a charged accessed.
The first time you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your appointment 50% of your service will still be due.

The second time you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your appointment you will charged 100% of your service.
If you are late for your appointment, please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged the appropriate service fee.
If you do not contact the salon to cancel and do not show up for your appointment a 100%of the service will be accessed.
 
 
Payments: You may pay via Venmo, Cash, Check or Cuticles Nail Salon Gift Card. We are still not accepting credit or debit cards.
